Ron Berger, PT, ATC, LAT

Ron Berger, the founder of Atlas in 1999, is a registered Physical Therapist and certified Athletic Trainer. Ron earned his BS in Education with his Athletic Training education from Samford University in Birmingham in 1989 and received his Physical Therapy degree from The Medical College of Georgia in Augusta in 1992. Ron has worked with professional, college and amateur athletes in Birmingham, Augusta, Tampa and Jacksonville. He enjoys working with athletes and presently also serves as an ATC for Christ’s Church Academy in Duval County along with other schools that Atlas provides sports medicine coverage. Ron’s hobbies include attending car shows, riding his motorcycle and watching his sons play baseball. Ron is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the National Athletic Trainers’ Association. Ron and his wife Tina reside in St. Johns, Florida.

Adam Schoenberg, MPT, LAT, ATC

Adam graduated from UNF in 2001 with a degree in sports medicine/athletic training, and in 2003 with his Master’s degree in physical therapy. Adam began his association with Atlas in 2001 during his school internship and has grown within the company, proudly becoming co-owner in 2013. He and his wife live in St Johns county with their 4 children. Adam enjoys maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle with his wife and kids. He is a die-hard St Louis Blues fan (that’s a hockey team for all the FL folk), and enjoys auto racing and soccer.

Leo Calderon, MPT, OCS, ATC, LAT

Leo is a licensed physical therapist and certified Athletic trainer and has been practicing since 2005. Leo is board certified in orthopedics and has worked as an adjunct faculty member in the UNF athletic training program. He is also highly involved in clinical education for PT programs throughout the county.

Leo has worked with a wide variety of patient with a special interest in the athletic population, from youth to professional. Leo and his family reside in St. Johns county and he NEVER misses a Jags game!

Michelle Delany, DPT

Michelle earned her Athletic Training degree in 2007 and went on to graduate with her Doctorate in physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2009. Michelle’s education emphasized manual therapy and orthopedics. (cervicogenic HA’s)

Michelle and her family live in the St. Augustine area where they are always enjoying outdoor activities.

Stephanie Aubrey, DPT, MTC

Stephanie is a licensed physical therapist with an advanced certification in manual therapy. She earned her doctorate from the University of St. Augustine in 2013 and her bachelors degree in exercise science from the University of North Florida in 2010. Go Ospreys! In addition, Stephanie specializes in vestibular rehabilitation. Stephanie lives in Nocatee with her husband, daughter, and 2 dogs. She loves pilates, yoga and anything outdoors.

Dawn Martin, LPTA, LMT

Dawnmarie Martin relocated to Florida in 2004 with her husband and 2 children. She is a graduate of Newbury College, Brookline, MA. She received her academic scholarship from the United States Naval Reserve and served 8 years of reserve duties with an Honorable Discharge in 1998. She then furthered her education by attending Pennsylvania Institute of Massage Therapy in Quakertown, PA. and became a nationally certified massage therapist. Her passion for helping others is evident in her many years of clinical work experience.

Jeanette Micelotta, MPT

Jeanette began practicing physical therapy since 1974 in New York City. She has a Master’s Degree in musculoskeletal physical therapy and specializes in Women’s Health. She has done extensive lecturing, teaching, and consulting throughout the New York and Jacksonville metropolitan area. Jeanette is an author and has been interviewed by radio shows and magazines such as Cosmopolitan and New Woman. Her list of clients includes personalities from the screen, stage and arts, as well as business tycoons.

Lisa Senich, DPT

Lisa Senich, a licensed physical therapist, earned her degree of Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2003. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Florida State University in 1999. At the University of St. Augustine, she received advanced training in manual therapy skills in spinal evaluation and treatment, including manipulation. Following graduation, Lisa was named team physical therapist for Jacksonville University athletics. Lisa enjoys spending time with her two boys and cheering on the FSU Seminoles

Kimberly Wells, LPTA, Marketing Director

Kimberly Wells, a native of Jacksonville, is a graduate of Florida Community College of Jacksonville. She has practiced as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant since December 2003. It was at that time, she was employed by Atlas Physical Therapy specializing as the Aquatic Therapy Director. Kimberly also treats, along with Jeanette Micelotta, the special population of Women’s Health patients.

In addition, Kimberly is the director of sales and marketing for Atlas Physical Therapy.

Michelle Feldhaus, MPT, CMPT

Michelle graduated from the University of Missouri Columbia in 2007 with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and Master’s in Physical Therapy. In 2014, she became a Certified Manual Therapist through the North American Institute of Manual Therapy. Michelle and her family reside in St. John’s County. She enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, cooking, reading, and being outdoors.

Hannah Miller, ATC, LAT

Hannah Miller earned her Bachelor’s in Athletic Training from the University of North Florida in 2015. Hannah started working with Atlas in the summer before her senior year of college. Hannah currently works with patients in the clinic and helps with game coverage and rehabilitation for Creekside High School athletes.

Tom Gormely, PT, DPT, CSCS

Tom graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance in 2012, and from Nova Southeastern University with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2017. Tom is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Additionally, he is a certified Personal Blood Flow Restriction Therapist through Owens Recovery Science. Tom is an ex-baseball player who enjoys the outdoors, strength, and continued competition as a Nationally Qualified Raw Powerlifter in the USAPL. He is originally from Ft. Lauderdale, FL and recently moved to Jacksonville, FL with his fiance, who is also a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Reed W. Menger, ATC, LAT

Reed W. Menger graduated from University of North Florida in 2016 with his Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training. He currently provides medical coverage and care during games at Creekside High School in addition to conducting rehabilitation in the clinic. Reed has experience working with different levels of athletics from middle school to professional athletes. He is a Jacksonville native who enjoys the Armada soccer team, fishing, and being outdoors.
