Leo Calderon

Leo is a licensed physical therapist and licensed and certified athletic trainer. He attended the University of North Florida for both his undergraduate and graduate degrees. Leo joined the Atlas team in 2006 and serves as the clinic director at our Mandarin location. Leo is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) as recognized by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties, and has worked as an adjunct faculty member at the University of North Florida Department of Clinical and Applied Movement Sciences. He has an additional certification in personalized blood flow restriction through Owens Recovery Science. Additionally, he serves as the Center Coordinator of Clinical Education (CCCE) establishing a network of relationships with academic institutions across the country to educate physical therapy and athletic training students. Leo lives in St. Johns County with his wife and 3 children and he never misses a Jags game!
