Compensation: $70,000 – $74,000 base with additional bonus structure

Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
  • Eligible for or currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in Florida
  • Strong interest in orthopedic physical therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities: Patient Evaluation & Treatment
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations for orthopedic injuries and conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and appropriate modalities
  • Apply current evidence-based and brain-based treatment strategies
Responsibilities: Patient Management
  • Document progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Educate patients and families on home programs, injury prevention, and body mechanics
  • Communicate with referring providers regarding patient status
  • Plan discharges and follow-up care
Responsibilities: Professional Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
  • Supervise PTAs, students, and aides as appropriate
Responsibilities: Specialized Care
  • Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions affecting muscles, joints, and connective tissue
  • Improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall function
  • Support post-operative rehabilitation
  • Treat sports injuries, work-related injuries, and chronic orthopedic conditions
