If you do not have insurance, that’s okay. For patients who do not have insurance, we offer cash-based options due at the time of service.

If you cannot attend your appointment due to illness or another emergency, please notify our clinic at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. 

A non-refundable charge of 75 dollars will be applied to any missed appointments that have not been rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Atlas Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine accepts insurance, though we are not contracted with every plan. If your plan considers us out-of-network, you can still choose to receive care here. Patients pay a clear, flat rate at the time of service, and many find that the combination of efficient, doctor-directed care and fewer total visits makes the overall cost comparable to — or even less than — in-network providers. Most importantly, you’ll benefit from individualized, results-driven treatment designed to help you recover faster and return to the activities you love.
