Our Clinical Philosophy

Compensation: $70,000 – $74,000 base with additional bonus structure
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Eligible for or currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in Florida
- Strong interest in orthopedic physical therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated to learn, grow, and contribute to a team-based culture
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Perform comprehensive evaluations for orthopedic injuries and conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and appropriate modalities
- Apply current evidence-based and brain-based treatment strategies
- Document progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on home programs, injury prevention, and body mechanics
- Communicate with referring providers regarding patient status
- Plan discharges and follow-up care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Participate in continuing education and professional development
- Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
- Supervise PTAs, students, and aides as appropriate
- Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions affecting muscles, joints, and connective tissue
- Improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall function
- Support post-operative rehabilitation
- Treat sports injuries, work-related injuries, and chronic orthopedic conditions
- Strong foundation in musculoskeletal anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
- Proficiency in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities
- Ability to design and progress individualized treatment programs
- Clear, professional communication with patients and providers
